...Tonight is Tenebrae. I'm excited to perform for His glory. I'm really excited for people see our hard work pay off, and I'm excited to see if it impacts people's lives.
I really have nothing to talk about. Yesterday we recorded the podcast, and according to Brandon it was our best show to date. I will agree a little. Anyway, I still think I am stupid sounding. Oh well what can you do?
anyway since I have nothing to talk about at all, I just thought I'd post a thing one of the ladies in the orchestra sent to me.
A GREAT RECIPE...
1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Talk to God about what is going on in your life. Buy a lock if you have to.
3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, 'My purpose is to__________ today. I am thankful for______________'
4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli , almonds & walnuts.
6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
7. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control.
Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.
9. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
11. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
12. You are not so important that you have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
13. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
14. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
15. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: 'In five years, will this matter?'
17. Forgive everyone for everything.
18. What other people think of you is none of your business.
19. GOD heals everything - but you have to ask Him.
20. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
21. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch!!!
22. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
23. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am thankful for__________. Today I accomplished_________.
24. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
25. When you are feeling down, start listing your many blessings. You'll be smiling before you know it.
Send this to everyone you care about.
God Bless You
I read this, and it made me feel ten times better. Especially after what happened this week. I'm going to apply it my everyday life.
Well I'm going to go, because I need to get ready, and if I procrastinate any longer, I might end up forgetting, and being left with only 30 minutes to get ready lol.

BEDA
BEDA is an acronym for Blog Every Day April. I figured this out through the Nerdfighter ning, and I thought I might give it a try...
Though for those of you that know I will not be able to write a blog post every day because of my brother.
It's his computer, and since he only really works during the weekends I'd only have those days to write a blog. SO I'm going to call my effort Blog Every Day That I'm On The Computer April, which ends up being BEDTIOTCA. That actually looks like it would be a really cool captcha.
Anyways Yesterday I started and finished a book my friend had to read for one of the coolest English teachers ever, Mr. Fish. The book is called "Anthem" by Ayn Rand. Yes I know it's only a hundred and 3 pages long, but I found it to be a very good book. I enjoyed it, and it made me think about what it would be like if that actually happened. I recommend it, and trust me it won't waste your life. I read it in an hour and a half (, but technically two hours because I had to take a break for supper.)
Tomorrow I have my radio show, and for the second week in a row, we are recording the podcast tomorrow as well. Now I'm not as stressed about it as I was last week, so that should make it a little bit better. I just need to remember to send the song I want to use to Jason...I'll just do that now.
Other than that I got my Awanita packet in the mail, and I am once again on Ropes course. I'm excited. One thing that shocked me was that Bama also signed up for ropes course too. I wish she would have told me. Oh well, it made for one good surprise to know that I'm not going to be out there in the ropes course alone and bored.
Well I have to go. It's almost time for church and I am not even ready. lol
